In the year 2003 of the Lord a seed from Philadelphia Pennsylvania
was planted in Northeastern North Carolina at Elizabeth City
State University Salimah Cogbill. Then it busted asunder.
In 2004 it sprouted Kaiem Frin, Gieira Jones, Joy Clark, Sharmania
Evans, Shawnee Lewis and Charlie Price. That Bloomed in 2005
Uniquea Wade, Lee Smalls Jr., James Wiley, Frank Raymond,
Shante Market, Akeem Archer, Bryce Carmichael, Taron Jordan,
Aaron Thornton, Kyle Sample, Tonte Briggs and David.
This plan blossom into the Newpenndel they pollinated the
campus of Elizabeth City State University. Developing in the
Pre-Alumni capturing offices of President, Vice President,
Secretary, Treasure and Director of Public Relations. Joy
Clark was elected Attorney General of Student Government Association.
This group wrote a charter in 2006 that was accepted and
approved by the Student Government Association in 2006. Their
Purpose is to support with academics, social support and prepare
students from the Tri-State Area New Jersey, Pennsylvania,
Delaware to life at Elizabeth City State University spreading
their wings they took flight to Chicago Ill. where the 80th
anniversary of National Technical Association (NTA). In the
2006 NTA conference Newpenndel again captured the election
of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Reaching
back to Philadelphia It Brought forth ten new students.
Well pleased are this groups with the vast learning for life
received at ECSU. A great place to learn their flight has
