On Saturday August 5, 2006 UPS sponsored a college block party in South Philadelphia P.A. on the 2000 block of Mildred Street. The college fair was well attended by prospective students and family in addition to current college students. Elizabeth City State University and Saint Augustine’s admissions recruiters were in attendance these two universities are on Eastern side of North Carolina. Conducting on the spot acceptances for the upcoming Fall 2006 and Spring 2007 semesters. This is the second annual college block party for the initiative of getting students into college. Photos
